Welcome to Natural GLOW Face Wellness, operated by Tímea Toth ("we," "us," or "our").

By accessing our website, purchasing our programs, or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.

4. Purchase and Payment

Pricing

  • All prices are listed in USD and are subject to change without notice

  • Current prices are displayed on our website at the time of purchase

  • Special promotional pricing may be offered for limited periods

  • All prices displayed on the website include applicable Mexican Value Added Tax (IVA) where required by law

Payment

  • We accept payment through Stripe and PayPal

  • Payment must be received in full before you gain access to the program

  • All sales are final unless otherwise stated in our refund policy

5. Access to Programs

Delivery

  • After successful payment, you will receive access to your purchased program via email

  • Access is typically granted within a few minutes to 24 hours

  • You are responsible for providing a valid email address

  • By completing your purchase, you acknowledge that you receive immediate access to digital content and therefore waive any right to withdraw or cancel once access has been granted

  • We are not responsible for temporary technical interruptions beyond our control.

Lifetime Access

  • Unless otherwise stated, you receive lifetime access to purchased programs

  • Lifetime access means access for as long as the program remains available and the company continues to operate the platform. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue access at our discretion

  • We reserve the right to discontinue programs with reasonable notice

Account Security

  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials

  • You may not share your account access with others

  • Sharing login information may result in immediate termination of access without refund

6. Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of our programs and the immediate access to all content upon purchase, refunds are not offered.

By completing your purchase, you acknowledge that you are purchasing digital content with immediate access and therefore waive any applicable right of withdrawal or cancellation, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

All content in our programs, including videos, text, images, graphics, and materials, is owned by Tímea Toth and protected by copyright laws.

What You Cannot Do:

  • Copy, reproduce, or distribute program content

  • Record, screenshot, or share videos

  • Sell, rent, or transfer access to others

  • Use content for commercial purposes

  • Modify or create derivative works

What You Can Do:

  • Access content for your personal use

  • Practice techniques shown in the videos

  • Share general information about the program (not the actual content)

Violation

Unauthorized use of our content may result in immediate termination of access without refund and may subject you to legal action.

10. Community Guidelines

If you participate in our private Facebook group or other community spaces:

  • Be respectful and kind to all members

  • Do not share program content or login credentials

  • Respect confidentiality - what's shared in the group stays in the group

  • No spam, self-promotion, or commercial solicitation

  • We reserve the right to remove members who violate these guidelines

11. Before/After Photos and Testimonials

If you choose to share before/after photos or testimonials:

  • We will only use testimonials or photos for marketing purposes with your explicit written consent

  • We will not share your photos without your explicit consent

  • You can request removal of your photos at any time

  • We respect your privacy and will honor your wishes

12. Limitation of Liability
